Growing Greatness Trophy: Do you have a student that you would like to recognize for being safe, respectful and responsible? If so, let me know and we can present them with a Growing Greatness Trophy on the announcements!
Bus Tags: On Friday, I sent a communication to 4K and 5K families regarding the implementation of a new bus tag (I sent this to all of you as well). As we continue to adjust to the new transportation policy we have found there needs to be a process for helping students know what stop they are assigned to (at the conclusion of the day). Currently, our staff goes on each bus to do our best to make sure no Tanner students forget to get off at Tanner at the start of the day. We are trialing this additional tag as a way to support drivers, students, families with making sure students do not forget to get off at their assigned stops at the end of the day. There will be a white tag with an animal assigned to the stop. Please let me know if you have questions. Yes...another tag, another thing for students to remember. They can do it!! I will have a message in announcements as well.
Let's celebrate Ryland & Paisley with school-wide dress up days:
- Paisley Shirt Day - Nov. 20th - Wear your Paisley shirt or wear red & black with a Ladybug theme or the color purple (her favorite color - unless that has changed, Jenny/Sarah let me know 🐞💜).
- Ryland Shirt Day - Nov. 21st - Wear your Ryland shirt or wear Mario, TMNT, Pokemon.
PT Conferences - Beth printed everyone's current sign-ups and put them in your mailboxes. Please let us know if you see any issues. We will plan to keep the sign-up open through Friday.
Book Fair - FYI...We will have the Book Fair out for conferences next week. Location is TBD.
Data Day Feedback - Thank you 5K and 1st grade teachers for your engagement last Friday. I look forward to hearing your feedback on the new-ish process we used this year. Please fill out this plus/delta.

KHS NHS District Food Drive: The district food drive will run from Nov. 1-21. A box has been placed outside your classrooms for the collection to begin. Thank you for promoting this within your communications to families as well.
