Peer Observations - Building in a process to see each other teach is a goal we are working on this year. This is a strategy that we also learned about at our Sept. PD day. Peer observations help increase Teacher Collective Efficacy. Please try your best to see a colleague teaching math prior to our Oct. 26 PD day. Below is a link to the schedule (please note the column to make the teacher aware of your visit with a google invite) and a reflection sheet to use if you wish. As you observe, be thinking about 3 things you noticed/observed, 2 things you are wondering about, 1 thing you could try in your room. We will discuss these on Oct. 26.
